Deluxe cabins and Super Deluxe suites for accommodating one, two and three passengers make up the accommodations aboard Palace on Wheels. The dining car of the train houses two restaurants, Maharaja and Maharani. The restaurants serve Rajasthani cuisine apart from Indian and European dishes.

For Indian nationals

Double occupancy- Rs 39,000 per person per night

Super Deluxe suite- Rs 108,000 per cabin per night

Lean season from April to September

Single occupancy- Rs 39,000 per person per night

Double occupancy- Rs 30,000 per person per night

The tariff does not include the price of drinks, tips, business car facilities, telephone calls, video camera fees and other items purchased personally by the tourists.

Mode of payment and rules

Payment can be made using any major credit card such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, etc. 20% of the tariff needs to be paid as soon as the booking is confirmed. Remaining 80% of the tariff needs to be paid within 60 days from the date of commencement of the tour.

Cancellation

Cancellation policy of palace on wheels tour specifies the following conditions.

10% deduction if booking is cancelled before 90 days or more from the date of journey.

20% deduction if booking is cancelled between 89 to 30 days from the date of journey.

No refund if booking is cancelled 29 days from the date of journey.
